1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the work tracking system designed, built, and operated by HKD Inc. (hereafter referred to as the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Scope of Service & Eligibility
The System is provided as an intentional, minimized internal workspace architecture designed strictly for tracking business productivity data and project milestones. Access is restricted to authorized personnel or clients explicitly registered by HKD Inc.
3. User Responsibility & Risk Assumption
Your interaction with, configuration of, and choices made within the System are entirely within your own discretion. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure that your implementation and use patterns align with your operational targets, internal corporate procedures, and local regulations.
The use or choice not to use this System is entirely up to you. HKD Inc. does not dictate your operations, nor do we mandate your usage frameworks. You assume complete administrative, structural, and legal risk associated with any utilization—or any decision to abstain from utilization—of the platform.
4. Absolute Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the website owners, operators, developers, or HKD Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:
- The active use of the System or data tracked within it.
- The complete or partial non-use, unavailability, or disruption of the platform.
- Any loss of operational data, systemic downtime, or unexpected software bugs.
- Decisions made or tasks scheduled based on output generated within the UI.
The System is delivered strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
5. Modifications to the System
HKD Inc. reserves the complete right to adjust, deprecate, update, or alter the functionality of the System at any point without prior notice. These modifications will instantly be subject to these identical limitations of liability.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes emerging from the presence or deployment of the System shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where HKD Inc. maintains its primary corporate registration.
